Service purpose

MMobi.kz helps you browse electronics, save products and send enquiries to a manager. Catalogue prices are indicative and include source and check dates. Photos and specifications are for information; the manager confirms the exact configuration.

Orders and delivery

Sending an enquiry is free. It does not itself create a purchase contract, reserve inventory, charge money or arrange credit. Availability, final price in tenge, configuration, delivery and payment method are agreed before payment. Initial fulfilment is limited to Kazakhstan.

Account security

Provide accurate contacts, keep your password confidential and do not share session access. Abuse, spam, attempts to access other customers’ information and interference with the service are prohibited. The demo profile is for evaluation and grants no administrator access.

Warranty and support

A warranty code check shows a record in the MMobi database; it does not replace purchase documents or statutory consumer rights. Contact support if a code is missing or inactive: mmobi.uae@gmail.com or @mmobi.kz on Instagram. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Content rights

MMobi.kz is an independent service. Product trademarks and photographs belong to their respective owners; catalogue use does not imply official partnership. Mini-games and interface are supplied as part of the app. Copying, resale or other use beyond the rights holder’s permission is not permitted.
